Cancellation Policy is: 

More than 30 days before the beginning of the rental, the Owner will refund all rent, and cleaning fees received except for a $50.00 administrative fee. 

Less than 30 days before the beginning of the rental, the Owner will refund all rent, and cleaning fees received except for a $100.00.

 We hope you understand that we have to have a strict cancellation policy because the season is so short and we have only the one unit.

Beautiful oceanfront cottage overlooking the Northumberland Strait, the cottage is located on 7 Mile Bay, the location is perfect - far from any traffic & the hustle & bustle but only minutes from amenities & attractions.

You are 5 minutes from Borden for shopping and where the Confederation Bridge begins, 45 minutes from Charlottetown & the international airport. Grocery & seafood shopping can all be done in Summerside which is only 20 minutes away.

The north shore beaches (Cavendish), world class golf courses and attractions (Anne of Green Gables) are a beautiful 40 minutes drive through quiet country roads. The Confederation Trail (biking & walking) comes right into Borden - Carleton for a great way to see the countryside.

The cottage always has a cooling ocean breeze and with ceiling fans in every room, you will be comfortable during those lazy hot summer days.
