High season: mid-June to September long weekend - $350/night with a minimum 3-night stay. Discounted weekly rates available.

Shoulder season: May to mid-June, and mid-Sept to October - rates from $315/night, discounted weekly rates available. 2-night minimum stay.

Low season: November through April - rates from $295/night, with discounted rates for longer stays. 2-night minimum stay.

Well-behaved adult dogs accompanied by responsible owners are welcome with approval. There is additional pet fee of $15/night for the one dog, or $25/night for two. Maximum fee per dog is $75/week. No cats or exotic pets, please.

45 days cancellation policy, as we are a small private cottage and cancellations affect us significantly. A balance of 50% is required to hold a reservation, with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
