A $500.00 damage security deposit is due upon check in and will be returned to you upon check out or once the cottage and property have been inspected by the owner or his designate. A 30% deposit is due to confirm rental dates at time of booking. Outstanding balance and security deposit is due 28 days (4 weeks) prior to checking in.

Comfort on Clear Lake” is a gorgeous, clean, cozy, newly renovated 5 bedroom cottage on the Trent Severn Waterway System in the Kawartha Lakes Region. It is a 1.5 hour drive from Toronto (20 minutes north of Peterborough or 10 minutes north of Lakefield). The cottage has 2 gas fireplaces and sleeps 9 comfortably with a guest quarters above the garage that sleeps 2.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Comfort on Clear Lake” has a fully open floor plan with five walk out sliding doors to the wrap-around decking. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining area, with spectacular visibility to the lake. The lower level with “pool table” and “air hockey table” also has a walk-out entrance to the lakefront. The two gas fireplaces, one on each floor enhance the look and feel of the cottage.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

There is wrap-around decking on two full sides of the cottage, with patio table and chairs overlooking picturesque view of Clear Lake. The gentle sloping lot allows easy access to the water. The large dock offers lots of space for your motor boat(s). There is a canoe and paddle boat on beach front near dock for your use. Children and adults alike have easy access to the water for swimming on the right-hand side of dock.

Clear & Stoney Lake offer miles of picturesque boating. At Young’s Point (3 km down the lake) there is shopping and restaurants. The Town of Lakefield is 10 minutes away and can be accessed by road or boat (1 lock). Come and relax in the Kawartha’s at a very private cottage.
