High Season/Summer: $1200.00/wk.
Mid-Season (May, June, September & October – 2 night min.): $1000.00/wk. or $150.00/night
Off-season (November to April - 3 night min.): $800.00/wk. or $125.00/night
Long Weekend & Holiday Season: $1400.00/wk. or $175.00/night

A $750.00 damage security deposit is due upon check in and will be returned to you upon check out or once the cottage and property have been inspected by the owner or his designate. A 30% deposit is due to confirm rental dates at time of booking. Outstanding balance and security deposit is due 28 days (4 weeks) prior to checking in

SPECIAL FEATURES

Eels Creek Cottage features an indoor sauna and a short walk (.5 km) to the most photographed waterfall in the Kawarthas.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

The interior features square off timber walls for a cozy atmosphere in the winter while being cool and quiet in the summer.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Eels Creek is visible from the deck and is a short 150 feet from the cottage. The deer visit regularly and morning coffee on the dock, watching the mist on the creek is spectacular. Beaver, Otter and Fox visit often. The cottage has immediate road access year round and is a short 15 minute walk to Apsley, but the trees and creek create the feeling of being far from everything.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY

Kawartha cross country ski trails are within a 10 minute drive. Snowmobile trails are within a kilometer and stretch throughout the Kawarthas. Apsley has an arena for public skating. There is an annual studio tour throughout the district. Apsley auctions have regular sales and the market is held every Saturday throughout the summer. The local library is well resourced.
