The $500 deposit is non-refundable. The remainder is fully refundable 30 days in advance of the rental period. Fifteen days before the rental period begins, 25% of the remainder will be refunded.
Cozy 1200 square foot cottage on 10acres. Commanding views of Kempenfelt Bay on one side and a 4 acre field of wildflowers on the other. 4 bedrooms inside plus a 1 bedroom cabin. Private waterfront w 55’ dock and canoe. Next door to public 9 hole Allandale Golf Course. Walking trails. Toronto is only one hour away and Barrie is a 10 minute drive. There are excellent local restaurants, shops, galleries and malls, yet you are still in the middle of the country on a quiet part of the lake.
