A 16-feet canoe for rent $75 per week
Refundable security deposit: $300 (refunded one week after departure)

Kozy Kove Belvedere has everything you need for your holiday. It is situated by the tranquil Burnt Rive and has a 70 feet lighted dock to park your boat. A two-person paddleboat is included in the rental. A 16-feet canoe is for rent for only $75 per week. Burnt River is a great place to fish. You can fish for bass, perch, pickerel, pike, and all kinds of pan fish right off the private dock. The river is also a place for nature and wildlife viewing. You can see large turtles, beavers, egrets, blue jays and other wildlife all spring, summer and fall. The river is about 100 feet wide, 5 feet deep by the dock and about 20 feet deep at the middle.
The house is very private and comfrotable. There is forest in front of the house and also across the river. The interior of the house is open concept with large windows overlooking the river. In the winter months, you can relax by the wood burning stove and enjoy looking at nature from the sunroom. The deck off the living area is a great place for relaxing and sun bathing. There is also a deck by the water where you can kick backand relax, watching the river running by and the occasional passing boat.
The Victoria Trail, an abandoned railway route, is nearby where you can hike and bike for many miles. (The trail leads north to Haliburton and south to Fenelon Falls).
In Fenelon Falls you can buy your groceries from Sobeys; watch the deepest lock operating in the Trent Severn Waterway system; spend the day at the beach park swimming or playing volleyball; try out the famous Kawartha Dairy ice cream; or hike along the Victoria Trails that follows the shores of Cameron Lake. The museum beside the beach park offers historical insights into life in Fenelon Falls and Burnt River during the logging boom. There are numerous fine restaurants in town including the best pizza served on the deck overlooking the falls. You can check out the train station gallery, local library, book store, and antique shops to explore the local history. Take a daytime or sunset cruise on the Kawartha Spirit and enjoy the beautiful sights that the Kawartha Lakes offer.
Fenelon Falls Marina offers boat and personal watercraft rentals to explore the many lakes and attractions offered in the Kawartha Lakes.
Visit the attractions in the nearby towns, the Train Station Gallery in Fenelon Falls, the Arts Barn theatre in Bobcaygeon, the Saturday morning farmers market in downtown Lindsay. In autumn, you can tour along the countryside roads and enjoy the colourful leaves, the farms and the country fairs.
You can use the two person paddleboat and cruise up and down the river or find a shady spot to relax on the water and fish.
In the winter, you can cross country ski or snowmobile right from the house.
The interior of the house is open concept. The kitchen is equipped with stove and oven, coffee maker, microwave, waffle machine, toaster, a lot of cook wares and dishwasher for your holiday meals,
The two bedrooms have double beds with new Beauty Sleep mattresses. The double leather sofa bed in the living room area also has new Beauty Sleep mattress.
