General/Area Description

This is a spectacular property and cottage located on a large point of land near the quaint Village of Rosseau and not far from Port Sandfield and Port Carling. Cottage is custom built with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms on  multi levels.  Gorgeous wide open lake views can be enjoyed from most rooms. Quality furniture and finishings of marble and stone.  Cottage faces south, however the point provides multiple exposures for you to enjoy.  Stone pathways from the cottage to the water.  Rental starts Aug 12.

Lot/Waterfront Description

Owner reports that the shore is deep just off the point to the left but quite shallow on the right side of the point. The shallow area is rocky and not sand. Cottage faces south and the point provides sun all day and multiple exposures. Note: cottage has only been viewed in the winter. Setting seems to be very private. Stone patio at the rear of the cottage. New dock being constructed for 2012.
