General/Area Description

This newer cottage offers a lovely lake view. Built in 2007 with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and central air.  Modern interior with cathedral ceiling and open concept. Cottage is steeper perched on top of Muskoka rock.  Steps to the water  where there is a dock to sit and enjoy the lake view. Sitting area at the side of the cottage offers a lovely lake view and has a firepit for evenings. A good location not far from the Village of Rosseau for quaint shops where you can wander on a summer day. Please note that the present photos on our site were taken last year and there has been some decorating and more furniture has been added to the cottage.

Lot/Waterfront Description

Cottage is open and level around the cottage, not landscaped. Stairs to the water do have rails and meander down the shore to a dock off the shore. Deep water swimming. Here there is a lovely lake view. The south west exposure will give you lots of sun during the day.  LAU - w/d.
