A beautiful private setting with sun all afternoon and beautiful sunsets. Quiet lake with lots of privacy on the property. Lots of trees and beautiful gardens. Five minutes from Jug City; 15 minutes for full shopping in Minden. Clean lake for swimming, boating, great fishing. Lake has hard sand bottom with shallow entry for children, but water is deep at the end of the dock.
