Cottage has lakeview kitchen and livingroom, open dining /living room concept. Full bath with tub and shower. Kitchen w/ microwave, fridge, stove, dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker etc. Includes washer and dryer!  Also includes tv for dvd. Outside w/ firepit, bbq, tree house and patio table. Own boat launch and dock. Guest suite available w/bdrm, kitchen, bathroom - can sleep 5 comfortably. (Separate suite only rents w main for $300 or can be closed off.) Great for hunting and fishing.

Additional Rate Information:

During the high season this cottage rents for $950 for the week if the main cottage used only - if the in-law suite is added it is another $300.  During the low season the rates are $750/week plus an additional $225 for the suite.

Cancellation Information:

Refund given if cancellation is re-booked - less $75 admin fee.

15 minutes North/West of Selkirk with hospital, big store shopping and groceries; 35 minutes North of Perimeter around Winnipeg; 30 minutes South of Gimli.  Five minutes from Netley Creek 18 hole golf course.
