Home sits beside evenly forested Crown Land.( great for kidlets to explore!) Water quality has been awarded top-ratings by the Ontario Ministry of Environment, and it is evident right from where you dive into the crystal clear, lake. View from the decks and dock are beyond description. the horizon is endless water, with an Island is the distance. Morning sun with your coffee, afternoon sun with the kids on the dock, evening sunsets with your complimentary bottle of wine. A truly remarkable experience for everyone.

All furnishings welcome you, and wrap you up in cosiness, and comfort. Everything is kept in spotless condition, yet you can make yourself at home with a sense of ease. There are many, double-doored walkouts, cathedral ceilings, with large Douglas fir beams lining the peaked ceilings. Walls with mass, open windows everywhere, and the Master bedroom, is on itʼs own wing of the home, for that extra privacy.

Our home is wrapped completely in Composite decking, and spans 80 feet across, front and back, 60 feet wide, and on 2 levels. Stairs are designed so that minimal effort has to be made to reach conveniences (washrooms, mud room, change area, showers). Floors on both levels are radiant heated. Many double doors with screens, and top quality windows.. Ceiling fans, stunning new furniture, wrought iron winding staircase, to the spacious loft ( with pool table), all serve to make your stay here as peaceful, happy, and stress-free as you can imagine.

Bring all family members, even the stair-adverse types, we have easy sloping access to water on one side of property, and a perfect stone patio, (to sip your wine on, watch the sunset, on 4 Muskokas), overlooking an unobstructed view of the lake and mountains

Kitchen, Appliances and furnishings:
Enjoy our Thomasville designed kitchen, with granite counter-tops, breakfast bar; all new appliances are built into cabinetry. Fridge with water/ice dispenser, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 Wall mounted satellite televisions, microwaves, stereo, phone, CD player, DVD player, barbeque, dishes, Coffee- maker, all kitchen appliances, all bedding. All beds are brand new with 4 Queen beds, (all mattresses are recognized by the Canadian Physiotherapy Association), and 2 twin beds. Also a second fully- complimented brand new kitchen downstairs, with full open view of lake, wall to wall windows, and three separate walkouts, (2 double door walkouts from basement bedrooms)

Fishing/Boating:
Esson Lake is a 3.5 mile, 100 foot deep, spring-fed lake, rife with fish averaging between 4-5 lb of Lake trout, Small Mouth Bass, and of course, Haliburtonʼs own Brown trout, which are indigenous to the area. If you wish, bring your boat, sea-doo, or ski-doo- ( winer trails everywhere),there is a launch area very close by, with easy access to log home within minutes. Our shore line is shallow at one end, soft-rock and sandy on bottom, safe for all kids, then the dock is deep enough to slide off into lake (15 ft), park your motor-boat, ( or rent ours)...whatever floats your boat!!

Winter is a wonderland, with skiing ( Sir Sam's) , organized ski-doo trails, and dog-sledding nearby ( half an hour, prices are reasonable too.)
