Bookings will be confirmed on a first-come, first-serve basis on receipt
of:
- a completed and signed Rental Application
- a signed Rental Terms
& Conditions form
- a current-dated cheque for 50% of your rental fee.

The balance of your fee and a damage deposit must be paid in full 45 days prior to your rental date. The damage deposit is fully refundable upon leaving the premises in a clean and orderly condition suitable for the next renters and with no damage to contents or property, as stated in our Rental Terms & Conditions.

7 Night Full Week Rentals
Only $2000.00 p/wk, 8 people max
(During the Summer High Season full week
rentals only Saturday to Saturday)
(Hot-Tub is closed during High Season)
