High Season/Summer: $2500.00/wk.
Mid-Season (May, June, September & October – 2 night min.): $2000.00/wk. $350.00/night
Off-season (November to April - 3 night min.): $1800.00/wk or $300.00/night.
Long Weekend & Holiday Season: $2500.00/wk or $350.00/night
A $500.00 damage security deposit is due upon check in and will be returned to you upon check out or once the cottage and property have been inspected by the owner or his designate. A 30% deposit is due to confirm rental dates at time of booking. Outstanding balance and security deposit is due 28 days (4 weeks) prior to checking in.
SPECIAL FEATURES
This 6 bedroom chalet style cottage has cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling windows which allow for breathtaking views of the outdoors, lake and sunsets.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
This lake view 2 ½ story cottage has an all pine interior. There is a side entrance door and also French doors leading to lakefront deck area. Cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling windows offer incredible views of the outdoors. Multiple levels allow for privacy. Upper living area has an open to above reading/meditation nook with two sky lights and an octagon window that overlooks the lake. The main living area is spacious and includes a carpeted living room with sofa, love seat and large built in TV. The fully equipped bright kitchen has new ceramic tile. The adjoining dining area easily seats 6-8. Additional seating for 4-6 is available in the sunken hardwood eating area near the wood burning stove. The lower level provides a
separate living space with table, chairs and sofa. Exterior door on lower level, along with newly renovated 2 piece bathroom.
Note: We ask that outdoor shoes not be worn on the carpeted area of the cottage.
EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
French doors from cottage lead to large wrap around upper deck. Deck has an outdoor breakfast nook with table and chairs along with a wicker furniture seating area. Steps lead to a large grassy waterfront area with a small sandy play area that is great for kids. If adventuring from the sandy play area, there is predominantly flat rock/hard sand bottom. Water shoes are recommended. If you are bringing your boat, there is a 60’ dock that will accommodate it. Mature trees provide shaded areas. Lot is 200 feet deep with a 61 foot shore line. Incredible sunsets. Large fire pit for late night bonfires.
